UDX'MAS Tree


This tree is set in front of the entrance of Akihabara UDX building.

Green and Yellow



I took the photo above by Otemachi subway station exit D2.
Color of ginkgo leaves along the Gyoko-dori (street) at the place had been changing to yellow.

Those people who wear traditional Japanese straight-sleeved coat are members of Mikoshi parade teams.

In the second day of Sanja Mmatsuri (Sanja festival) , around 100 Mikosi (portable shrine) parade through streets of Asakusa.
Not only tough guys but also boys and girls join the parade.

Sanja Matsuri







Sanja Matsuri (Sanja festival) is a annual festival of Asakusa shrine located in the precincts of Senso-ji temple.
This festival is held three days in May.

 On the second day of the festival, around 100 Mikoshi (portable shrine) from 44 neighborhood associations parade through streets of Asakusa.

 I took these photos in Senso-ji temple.
 I felt passion of the people.

On that day, after taking photos at Chidorigafuchi, I walked on Daikancho-dori (street) for Takebashi.

Denpoin Garden



Denpoin garden of Semso-ji temple is not usually open to the public.
But it is open from March 22 to May 7 in this year as a charity event for the Great East Japan Earthquake.
When I visited there, cherry blossoms in the garden were almost full bloom.
